Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this new image disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.

More documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
